Starting grid for Sprint Cup’s Bad Boy Off Road 300 at New Hampshire

For the sixth time this season Carl Edwardswill lead the Sprint Cup field to green after winning the pole for Sunday’s Bad Boy Off Road 300.
The top five for the second race of the Chase for the Sprint Cup is Edwards, Martin Truex Jr.Ryan NewmanJimmie Johnson andDenny Hamlin.

Starting grid for the 57th Coca-Cola 600

Martin Truex Jr. will lead the field in the Coca-Cola 600 to the green flag Sunday at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Behind him in the field will be Joey Logano, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Denny Hamlin and Brad Keselowski. Defending race winner Carl Edwards starts ninth. Seven-time Charlotte winner Jimmie Johnson rolls off seventh.

Rain cancels Sprint Showdown practice; Chase Elliott, Austin Dillon on front row


Whether it’s Friday night or Saturday afternoon, the Sprint Showdown will start with Chase Elliott and Austin Dillon on the front row.
Practice for the race that will send five drivers to the Sprint All-Star Race was canceled due to rain drenching Charlotte Motor Speedway. Practice speeds would have determined the field. The field has been set based on owner points.
The Showdown is scheduled to begin at 7:15 p.m. ET, though rain persists in the area.
